Bio	Dave has food industry experience dating to 1979 and works full-time as head of food service at Donaldson Co., where he prepares as many as 1,200 meals each day. A resident of Bloomington with three grown children, he is a member of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church (and volunteers in that church’s food-related programming, too). He sees his work as an expression of Christian hospitality and likes using his skills in a way that “lets his light shine” in this area of ministry.
